Health Literacy
We have extensive experience in health literacy, supporting over 20 Victorian health services to implement health literacy changes to their policies, procedures and practices. 
 
Liz Meggetto holds a PhD in Organisational Health Literacy and is a sessional health literacy lecturer at Melbourne University.

We can help with health literacy organisational assessments, quality improvement approaches, and safety and quality action plans including evaluation and measurement frameworks. We can also deliver virtual and face to face health literacy training on a range of topics, such as those listed below.
