Our team has over 12 years’ experience in developing population health plans and Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plans. We are also experts in planning for partnership initiatives. We can support you with facilitating the development of your plans. We will work with you to tailor your approach to best meet your needs. We can work with you to support specific aspects of the planning approach, or we can take care of the whole process from planning through to evaluation – leaving you to focus on the strategic thinking and not have to get bogged down in the detail of writing plans.

• Facilitation of workshops for brainstorming, planning and prioritisation amongst committee members or partners
• Development of a shared vision and objectives
• Co-design of plans with the community groups the plan is intended to benefit
• Consultation with community and stakeholders and inclusion of their ideas and feedback into the plan
• Writing of the plans in line with legislative requirements
• Evaluation and monitoring frameworks to ensure that the objectives can be measured and reported against
